Recruitment Process
The advertisement text prepared on the online career sites is published in order to include the job analysis made according to the requests of the department managers and the personnel profile in accordance with the job descriptions. Candidates who have the qualifications stated in the announcement text of the applications are collected in the interview pool.

During the examination of the applications, interview groups are formed in which junior candidates who are qualified for the criteria specified in the announcement text, who have received the required training, whose previous work experience and qualifications coincide with the requirements of the position, and who are open to development are included.

Technical and competency-based interviews are conducted by using panel, sometimes individual and sometimes group interviews according to the position in order to reveal the skills, experience and abilities required by the position and appropriate personality analyzes.

Along with the requirements of the position, the candidate's perspective on AKGÜN's corporate culture, strategies and targets, customer focus, our core competencies, business ownership, innovation, relationship development, self-recognition and development are also evaluated. Compliance with corporate culture and values is one of the most important criteria we consider throughout the process.

In addition to the criteria mentioned above for our managerial positions, team development competence is measured.

As a result of the interviews, the applications of the candidates who cannot be evaluated in the current position are kept in the database and monitored for further positions. All candidates are given feedback about the process.

Staff Competence Pool
At the end of the 2 (two) month trial period, all candidates who have started to work at AKGÜN will find their place in the Competency Pool where all employees are employed. The development process is monitored by evaluating the criteria in the Competency Pool regarding the professional knowledge and skills. It is ensured that the competences can be used as a source for the projects that can be started at the beginning, as well as being involved in different projects as an internal resource.

Career Management Process
Employees within the AKGÜN Organization can monitor the career path in line with their career goals and their increased competencies as a result of status assessments to be held twice a year in line with the objective criteria determined. In this way, our employees can move to a higher level within the organization or to another title that is believed to meet their competencies provided that they meet the criteria.

Performance evaluation
Employees within the AKGÜN Organization evaluate and measure their individual achievements and behaviors in a given period of time with performance criteria prepared according to job analysis and job descriptions, and are evaluated by unit managers.
Twice a year (every six months) the performance evaluation results provide objective evidence for the Career Management Process. Employees are among the determining factors for promotion, rotation and assignment.
