We took our place as the gold sponsor in the “43rd National Congress of Operations Research and Industrial Engineering (OR/IE)” hosted by Karadeniz Technical University in Trabzon between October 2-4, 2024.
The main theme of the congress was “OR/IE in Disaster Management” and presentations were made within the scope of disaster management that will benefit the reduction of disaster risks at national and international levels and the strengthening of disaster management strategies. In addition to academic sessions, sector panels, lectures given by experts in the field, department heads meeting (Industrial Engineering Summit), student and application project competitions and many other technical and social programs were held during the three-day congress.
