‘Engineering Summit 2013 and R&D Centers Exhibition’ was opened by Kirikkale University Faculty of Engineering Mechanical Engineering Community and Electrical and Electronics Engineering Community. Within the scope of the summit held on 10-11 December 2013, we as AKGUN did not leave the young engineer candidates alone on this special day.
Students and academicians visiting our stand, which attracted a great deal of attention, received information about our company. Our R&D Center was introduced. Our products, working conditions, corporate culture and the importance of our employees were addressed during the talks. During the guiding and informative meetings on career development, the young engineers eager to be a part of Akgun in the future were informed about the competencies they needed to acquire in the meantime and actions they needed to take for their personal developments and challenges they will be faced in business world and solution suggestions.
Our Human Resources department visiting Computer Engineering Department Head held a meeting on the importance of university-industry collaboration and joint projects that might be implemented with our firm in the future. As the biggest supporter of young engineers in their career, AKGUN once again enjoyed sharing its experience and expertise in the sector with the young engineers.
