“IT 500 Ceremony”, in which the top 500 largest information technology companies of Turkey were announced, was held on 23 July 2015 at Radisson Blu Hotel. At the award ceremony in 2014, when top 500 companies of information technology sector of Turkey were announced, awards were presented to those ranking in top 10 among the 500 information technology firms, in nine basic areas by areas of activity as well as the hardware, software and service revenues of the companies.
In IT 500, in which the companies are listed by their net sales revenues, the leadership of AKGUN in the hospital software category in IT 500 remained the same this year once again and AKGUN was ranked first as the case for last year!
Providing project and consultancy services since 1986 in the fields of Corporate Network Security, Information Security and System Integration in the information technologies sector, once again proved its success in the sector with this award.
In his speech, AKGUN Chairman Temel Akgün stated that AKGUN continued its Information Technologies works in our country since 1986 non-stop and they were happy to have received the worth of their efforts with this award as Akgun family. He also added that their biggest belief was that the sector would reach the size it deserved.
