AKGÜN fascinated the visitors in the opening ceremony organized with a high level in Hyatt Hotel.
AKGÜN Software which is one of the leading companies of software sector in Turkey, accelerated its software activities with the opening of Baku branch in Azerbaijan which is selected as the center for opening abroad. Azerbaijan Turkey Ambassador Mr. Hüseyin Avni KARSLIOGLU and Mr. Deputy Minister have participated in the magnificent opening ceremony held at Hyatt Hotel in Baku on the date of 26th April 2007.
Temel AKGÜN who is the General Manager of AKGÜN, made a speech in the opening ceremony which was held with high level participation, and he drew attention to the necessity for such an office in Baku, he said “We want to make serious breakthroughs within the field of software in the friend and brother country Azerbaijan. In this sense, we have adopted it as an assignment to spread the knowledge and ability of our company with accuracy and discipline. In Turkey, the use of automation in the public areas has a history of nearly 20 years. Information systems which have started with the use of automation in Turkey, had provided substantial benefits to corporate-personnel and citizens. Benefits of automation are countless. It maximizes the performance of corporate in all aspects. We have the aim of implementing and spreading these benefits in our friend and brother country Azerbaijan”.
AKGÜN highlighted the fact that the Information Systems will considerably increase the living standards, he added “In Turkey, these projects have increased the living standard of the public within the frame of Health Transformation Project. Information systems have contributed greatly to the increase of service quality. We, as a company have adopted it as an assignment to provide services. We want to share our corporate information, ability and experience with our friend and brother country Azerbaijan. Therefore we have taken the first step by opening our Baku office. I hope it will be favorable for both countries”.
The opening ceremony in which company promotion and various cocktails were performed after the speech and had a high level of participation, was worth seeing.
