Strong Matrix organizational chart, with the Project Management Office and Portfolio Management AKGÜN Group, to further strengthen the organization on behalf of a strong staff of professional Training and Consultancy Project Management Training held companies. Training to become the second week of evil in the period of June 2012 was held in two different participant populations. Coordinators in training, including the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Project Managers and Project Managers have been included in the potential. By two different instructors training within the scope of the PMBOK published by the Project Management Institute, the participants carried out the interactive participation. The final stage of training for all participants in order to gauge the level of success in these examinations exams organized and Chairman of the Board certificates were presented to employees with outstanding performance. Through these trainings held AKGÜN Group, Project Leaders have become more mature in project management.
